There are more than 355 manufacturing companies in the ICAD and an approximate of 30,000 workers. Five different industry zones and clusters are present in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi. They are

ICAD I

ICAD extends over an area of 14km2 encompassing heavy to medium engineering, manufacturing, and processing industries.

ICAD II

ICAD II encompasses light-to-medium processing, engineering, and manufacturing industries.

ICAD III

This encompasses light-to-medium engineering and processing industries of international focus. This zone’s key target sectors are high-tech industries, wood processing and engineering, construction materials, chemicals and plastics, textiles, and food industries.

ICAD IV

This encompasses light-manufacturing and technology based industries.

ICAD V

The focus is on Automotive and automobile manufacturing industries.
